Course of Study Summer Program in Washington, D.C.

Fees: Registration Fee: $35.00 per course; non refundable submitted with the registration form.

Tuition: The is no tuition charged for the July Intensive program.  Every student receives scholarship from the General Board of Higher Education and Ministry paid directly to Wesley Theological Seminary.

Housing and Meals: Students housed by Wesley whether on campus on in the hotel block must take the meal plan.  The housing and meal plan rates will be published in March of each year.

Facility fee: Every student will be charged a facility fee of $100 per term. 

Students attending Wesley are able to apply for the Howes/Larsen Scholarship. This scholarship created and supported by local pastors assists those who need a little help paying their housing and meal plans during the July Term.  Applications are available once on campus.

• On-campus housing in one of two dorms; 
• Off-campus housing provided by Wesley Theological Seminary; Off-campus will be at the Courtyard Marriott Chevy Chase.  We have secured a block of rooms at a discounted rate during the July program.  We will make a reservation for you based on the information we receive on the registration form. You will receive a hotel reservation confirmation number from Wesley about one week prior to the start of the course.
• Students may make their own housing arrangements;
• Students living locally may choose to commute.
