Adult Mental Health First Aid 2025 Registration Form

Welcome! We look forward to welcoming a new group of Mental Health First Aiders. This training is free and only being offered to pre-approved members or affiliates of Wesley Theological Seminary community and its Heal the Sick program. Please complete the form below. The fields with a star (*) are required and must be filled in. Click submit when you are done. After you submit this form, we will confirm your registration and send you an invite to register on the Mental Health First Aid Connect web portal. This platform will be used for you to complete and access your 2 hours of self paced pre-work and course materials for the training. The instructor led portion of the training will be held on the designated date you selected. Participants must complete the pre-work AND be present at the instructor led session to receive certification. Please make sure you can commit to completing both of these.
