Please use this form if you are interested in scheduling a campus visit (for yourself or your group) this Fall 2024, between August 29-December 3, 2024, OR Spring 2025 between January 8 - May 7, 2025 *In the fields below, please indicate the date that you would like to visit (with at least 2 weeks advanced notice for overnight visits). Note your top 3 dates below for your visit. *We recommend visitors come between Monday thru Thursday. Tuesday's are the best days to visit and meet students and faculty during the Fall and Spring Semester. However, we are able to accommodate most schedules. On-campus guest housing is extremely limited and subject to availability. Guest Housing is unavailable January 6-January 21. Note: Wesley’s on-campus guest housing requires a minimum of three weeks advanced notice for on-campus accommodations. Your request will be reviewed by the Admissions team and you will receive follow-up from one of our staff to finalize your reservation.

*Guest Housing: Complimentary, on-campus guest housing is only available with confirmed requests made at least three weeks prior to an event or visit. Guest housing typically includes dormitory one-bedroom units, with a maximum 2 adults, or 1 adult and 1 child capacity. Or dormitory units for groups.
